The property has an internal road system in place but needs a little dressing. The timber was cut on the property about 5 to 6 years ago. There are some SMZ’s with some nice hardwood bottoms that were left. All this property needs is some management to produce a nice recreational tract. It has some nice cabin sites. Good deer and turkey in the area. There is a small creek that is spring fed and provides a water source for wildlife. There are couple of nice lake sites.
